Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Melanie Thomas-Price is an educator, nonprofit leader, author, and community advocate whose work centers on empowering women, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for growth.
As Chief Executive Officer of Unleash HER Potential Community Development, Inc., she brings experience in early childhood education, leadership development, mentorship, ministry, and community service to a mission of encouraging women to recognize their potential and pursue meaningful change.
Dr. Thomas-Price also serves as the leader of A Leap of Faith Child Development Center and as Executive Pastor of the Church of Redemption. Through her teaching, advocacy, and writing—including Developing Your Bounce Back—she emphasizes resilience, purpose, personal growth, and the importance of supporting others as they rise.
Her vision is to see women equipped with confidence, practical resources, and lasting connections that help them thrive while building stronger families and communities.
Through mentoring, family support, leadership development, and community-based empowerment, we help women move forward with confidence and purpose.
We champion professional growth, confidence building, and the practical support women need as they pursue education, employment, entrepreneurship, and new opportunities.
